Asus has just presented its new laptops by renewing the line Vivobook and Zenbook with further models equipped with latest generation processors and technical features that promise excellent performance. Let’s find out together all the details on the new PCs presented by Asus.
Asus has announced the arrival of the new series notebooks Vivobook Proor the 14X OLED, 15X OLED e 16X OLED. All three laptops are available with the latest processors 12th generation Intelwhile the 15X and 16X OLED are also configurable with the AMD Ryzen 6000 series CPUs.

The three Intel models can come to have one 12th Generation Intel Core i9 H-Series CPUuntil 32GB di RAM DDR5 it’s a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti. The 15X model instead features a 15.6’’ a 120Hz with 2.8K resolution and a 16: 9 aspect ratio. Finally, the Vivobook Pro 16X OLED is available with two panels of your choice, one with resolution 3.2K a 120Hz and the other with resolution 4K a 60Hz, both OLED HDR with 16:10 aspect ratio. These NanoEdge thin bezel displays are all validated PANTONEVESA DisplayHDR True Black certified and have a range of colorsi DCI-P3 al 100%. For better eye care, they also have TÜV Rheinland certification to filter out blue light.
The new laptops have features dedicated to content creators that include the innovative ASUS DialPad and a full set of high-speed ports. Among these we find Thunderbolt 4 USB-C 40Gbps, USB 3.2 Gen 2 always type C, USB type A and the port HDMI 2.1. The 15X and 16X OLED models also feature a microSD Express 7.0 card reader – the 14X model features a regular microSD reader – and a port LAN of 2.5 GbE. A fingerprint sensor on the power button and physical protection for the webcam, then, improve security and privacy.
All three models are equipped with an audio system Dolby Atmos certificate Harman Kardon and a three-microphone system featuring ASUS AI technology for noise cancellation during video calls. To encourage creativity, on the 14X and 16X OLED models there is theASUS DialPad. It is a virtual wheel present on the touchpad that gives creators full control of parameter adjustments in the Adobe suite or custom functions in any other app. It can be customized via the ProArt Creator Hub, which also gives users full access to other creator-related settings and features, including performance modes and screen calibration.
ASUS has informed us that the Vivobook Pro 16X OLED will be available later this year from approx 1500 eurowhile for the other models we will have more specific information in the coming months.
In addition to the new Vivobook Pro OLEDs, the company also presented several new models of Zenbook including lo Zenbook Pro 14 Duo OLED. It is a powerful and compact dual-screen laptop that comes with a secondary touchscreen called ScreenPad Plus. The new PC is equipped with a 12th generation Intel Core CPU, up to a i9-12900H and up to 32GB of RAM. To accompany it all we find one NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050Ti e up to 2TB of SSD storage space.
The primary touchscreen display is a OLED HDR con 2.8K resolution and a 16:10 ratio, with an update rate of a 120Hz. There is also the PANTONE certification and a 100% DCI-P3 range and the blue light filter. The secondary screen, called the ScreenPad Plus and also a touchscreen, has a g12.7 ” width with stylus holder such as the ASUS Pen 2.0. The redesigned tilt mechanism allows you to tilt the screen 12 ° for optimal viewing and increase the airflow and consequent cooling of the laptop.
The laptop is expected to be available in our market in the third quarter of 2022 from around 2000 euros.
ASUS also announced it Zenbook Pro 16X OLED, a laptop for creators who don’t want to compromise. It is based on 12th generation Intel Core processors, up to a i9-12900Hand a GPU NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060. They then accompany up to 32GB of RAM and up to 2TB of SSI PCIe 4.0.

The laptop, as communicated by ASUS, will be available in our market in the third quarter of 2022 starting from 3200 euros.
ASUS also announced the new Zenbook Pro 17, the first model in the Zenbook line to have a 17.3 ” display. Speaking of the panel, you can configure a display touchscreen IPS NanoEdge Dolby Vision con 2.5K resolution, PANTONE certified and 165Hz refresh rate. Otherwise it is also available in a non-touchscreen version. The processor inside the case is from AMD, up to a Ryzen 9 6900HX and you can configure the dedicated GPU NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050. To conclude the technical specifications, we find fino a 32GB of RAM memory and up to 2TB of ultra-fast SSD.
For a superior audio experience, a Harman Kardon certified Dolby Atmos sound system is available. There is also a full set of ports, including dual USB4 ports, HDMI 2.0, dual USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A, an SD card reader and a combined audio jack. There is also WiFi 6E connectivity and Bluetooth 5.2. Finally, the ASUS ErgoSense keyboard and ErgoSense touchpad are designed to enable an unrivaled input experience.
The new Zenbook S 13 Flip OLED is a premium 13.3 ” convertible ultralight. With its versatile zipper ErgoLift a 360°, the convertible allows users to work or play in any mode – laptop, tent, stand, tablet, or anything in between. Everything is made easier weighing only 1.1kg and a thickness of 14.9mm.
