ASUS announces the launch in Italy of the ASUS ZenCare program. This is a new program, aimed at both private users and companies, which allows you to receive a full refund (up to € 1,000) in case of failure of an ASUS notebook selected and purchased from September 15, 2021 to December 31, 2022. The program is valid up to 365 days from the date of purchase of the laptop.
How the ASUS ZenCare program works
Users can join the ASUS ZenCare program for free. To register, simply register on the official portal within 15 days of the purchase date of the notebook. During registration it is necessary to enter your personal data and all information relating to the PC purchased.
For home users, up to five notebooks can be registered. In the event of a failure of the registered product, the user can have the Notebook repaired at one of the authorized ASUS centers.
