The opening movie of Atelier Ryza 3: Alchemist of the End & the Secret Key was released a few hours ago along with new artwork
Al Taipei Game Show 2023 This weekend, KOEI TECMO and developer GUST Studios unveiled new gameplay elements for Atelier Ryza 3: Alchemist of the End & the Secret Key, including early news detailing the new Atelier’s World Quests, along with building and cooking features. In addition, KOEI TECMO Europe has unveiled the opening movie and exclusive new artwork for the new chapter in the franchise, to be released on March 24, 2023. The third game in the popular “Secret” trilogy is currently in development for Nintendo Switch, PS5 , PS4 e PC.

In Atelier Ryza 3: Alchemist of the End & the Secret Key, players will investigate a strange group of islands and explore various regions as they attempt to unravel a mysterious new threat in their hometown. During their adventure, they will be able to play randomly generated missions, but they will also be able to come across a new type of missions, the World Quest. By completing them, each specific to the regions they traverse, players will learn more about the territories and colorful characters they encounter along their way. But beware, completing a World Quest can result changes to the field and other areas!
As players explore regions, they will discover bonfires scattered across the land where their party can rest and Ryza can cook delicious recipes for herself and her friends. This new kitchen system of Atelier allows players to obtain recipes by completing missions, helping to improve their team in various ways, and even allowing for a whole new level of strategy when taking on stronger enemies. THE bonfire they also allow Ryza and her friends to rest, changing the time of day and changing nearby enemies accordingly.
In addition to building bonfires, players will also be able to build their own atelier in each region which will serve as a foundation for the adventure. The atelier provides various effects depending on the style of construction as players will be able to choose between three different types of structures: the research base, beneficial for exploration, the farm for harvesting and the laboratory for synthesis. The Punis, friends of Ryza and beloved by her fans, will accompany her to each studio after construction. Players will be able to feed and raise them in the Puni of their liking, with their appearance changing depending on the food they eat. Players will even be able to send Puni into the game world to collect materials.
Along with the brand new details, KOEI TECMO Europe has revealed new and beautiful artwork of Ryza in action. Created by Toridamonothe illustrator of the Atelier Ryza series, this artwork will be the inlay for the physical version of Atelier Ryza 3: Alchemist of the End & the Secret Key and will remain exclusive to the European/US versions of the game.
