That it was liked by a huge portion of the world’s population is demonstrated by the fact that it has become, almost four months after its release (it’s still in theaters, to be honest), the third-largest film ever, having surpassed $2.43 billion in box office receipts. In short, come on: liked it. And it is also ready to leave the cinema halls to arrive in everyone’s homes in digital format.
Avatar: The Way of Water in fact, it will arrive in a digital version on the major digital video on-demand platforms (come Prime Video, Apple TV e Vudu) on March 28th. Attention: no mention of streaming (which is certainly the most awaited mode of use by everyone) and an arrival date on Disney Plus has not yet been confirmed, but for digital purchase. Avatar 2 arrives digitally on March 28: ready to return to Pandora!
This version of Avatar 2 will include, in addition to the full-length film, also more than three hours of additional content with behind the scenes and exclusive interviews. We will then be able to explore how the world of Pandora was built, how the film was shot and what it was like to work underwater for the actors and crew. All in rigorous 4K, which has now become the standard for films of the genre.
Waiting for the streaming version on Disney Plus, in the meantime anyone who doesn’t want or can’t go to the cinema (or anyone who wants to see it again) will be able to recover Avatar 2 in digital format from next March 28 on the major platforms.
