Axiomtek introduces the new IMB760 EATX motherboard

Axiomtek today unveiled its new server-grade IMB760 EATX motherboard for AIoT

An axiom (here for more info on the company), is a world-renowned leader relentlessly dedicated to the research, development and mass production of innovative and reliable high efficiency industrial computing products. The company is pleased to announce theIMB760a motherboard Extended ATX server level (330mm x 305mm). This is powered by the third generation Intel Xeon Scalable Dual Socket LGA4189 (codename: Ice Lake-SP) processors with the Intel C627A chipset. It comes with effective load balancing between two CPUs and multiple accelerator cards to stabilize computing loads and maximize computing power. Featuring optimized performance, multiple PCI Express card slots, and high-density memory expansion, this EATX server motherboard enables high-level computing, AI workload and deep learning for the data-powered future.

Performance, security and flexibility are indispensable for AI in next-generation computing. Being the first and flagship of Axiomtek’s EATX motherboard, the IMB760 comes with built-in cryptographic acceleration and artificial intelligence features. As well as advanced security capabilities to meet the specific needs of automated manufacturing, robotics, image or video analysis, and other AIoT applications. This server-grade motherboard features sixteen DDR4-3200 RDIMM sockets with a memory capacity of up to 1TB. Ready for large data storage and high throughput data needs, the industrial motherboard supports two NVMe SSDs, one IPMI LAN and two 10GbE LAN ports. Rich expansions with enough PCIe x16 slots and PCIe x8 slots for GPU acceleration, making the IM760 a perfect solution for compute-intensive imaging, intelligent video analytics and heavy workload processing,

Technical features

The IMB760 offers rich expandability with quattro slot PCIe x16, two PCIe x8 slots and two M.2 Key M 2280 interfaces with PCIe x4 signal. Supporting GPU cards, capture cards, RAID cards, NVMe storage and more. Are available eight SATA-600 ports with built-in RAID 0/1/5/10 for reliable data storage and protection. Equipped with a wide range of I / O interfaces, the IMB760 supports six USB 3.2 Gen1, six USB 2.0, two USB 2.0 (180D Type A), one RS-232/422/485. And again, one IPMI LAN port via Intel I210-AT Ethernet controller, two 10GbE ports (Intel X550-AT2), one VGA. Finally an eight-channel programmable digital I / O port, SMBus and a PS / 2 keyboard.

Trusted Platform Module 2.0 (TPM 2.0) is available to ensure the security of critical information.
