The new Battlefield 2042 trailer shows us the variety of custom games that we will be able to create thanks to the Battlefield Portal
Now the new chapter of the popular FPS series is upon us and DICE recently showed a new trailer for Battlefield Portal, a Battlefield 2042 mode that allows you to create custom matches on reinvented maps from previous titles. Thanks to a varied set of tools, players in this mode will be able to make multiple crazy matches by taking classic warfare and merging it with modern combat, creating matches never seen in the Battlefield saga.

From the new Battlefield 2042 trailer we can see that thanks to Battlefield Portal we will have game maps, vehicles and weapons from Battlefield 1942, Battlefield: Bad Company 2, and Battlefield 3, all revisited in Battlefield 2042. We will have the chance to relive maps such as Battle of the Bulge, El Alamein and Caspian Border, where players can take a step back in time by fighting in nostalgic maps of the old Battlefields. In addition to releasing their own custom games for the mode, DICE will curate community creations that everyone can freely discover.
Battlefield Portal will be available with Battlefield 2042 at launch on November 19 while i owners of the Gold Edition and Ultimate Edition will get early access to the game on 12 november. We remind you that Battlefield 2042 will be available for Xbox Series X | S, Xbox One, PS4, PS5 and PC adding that for the PS4 and PS5 version the preload dates have already been revealed.
