The protagonist is, as we have already mentioned, the Oscar winner Joaquin Phoenix, a paranoid individual who must face a mind-blowing odyssey to get home to his mother in this bold and brilliantly adrenaline-pumping film.
After Hereditary, presented at the Sundance Film Festival in 2018 and Midsommar, included among the 10 best independent films of 2019 by the National Board of Review Awards, the award-winning cult author Ari Aster returns to amaze the public with a work that intertwines mystery and dark humor in a crazy and immersive journey. Produced by A24 and by Lars Knudsen and Ari Aster, Beau is afraid (so it was Italianised) will be released in Italian theaters in April distributed by I Wonder Pictures.
