A new leak regarding the Call of Duty chapter that will be released in 2023 suggests that it may be part of the Black Ops series
CoD Vanguard is finally out, and many players are having the opportunity to enjoy the new features, but despite this they are already circulating various rumors and leaks concerning the future not only of the same title, but also of gods future chapters scheduled for the following years. A few days ago we treated a leak that indicated, as a new title for 2022, the possibility of un reboot of the 2019 episode of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. Now, the same leaker believes that the Call of Duty that will be launched in 2023 will be a new game in the saga called Black Ops.
Call of Duty 2023: new Black Ops from Treyarch
According to the words revealed by the leaker on Twitter, who released the first details regarding the campaign, the new Call of Duty game that will be released in 2022 will be Modern Warfare 2, revealing how it will also have a system of moral choices and it will be much more brutal in attacking enemies. Instead, regarding the subsequent title to it which will be released in 2023, there is talk of a Call of Duty developed by Treyarch, and which therefore will see the return of the Black Ops series; the last game released in this saga dates back to 2020, with Black Ops Cold War, set in a not too recent period in the Middle East.

The next chapter, on the other hand, could take place in a not too distant future, thus inserting soldiers with more technology in battle, similar to what happened with Battlefield 2042. The long-time players have now learned about the ways in which the various Call of Duty episodes are developed and released, following a rotation of studies rather linear: for this reason, considering Treyarch the next studio author of a new game is not such a debatable idea, especially considering that the CoD that will be released in 2022 will be from Infinity Ward, while Sledgehammer Games worked on Vanguard.
