Call of Duty Vanguard has been officially announced by Activision through a teaser trailer and in a very short time it has become one of the hottest topics of this August. The game should be a real new chapter in the shooter franchise and will be presented with all the trappings of the August 19 as part of a special event of Call of Duty Warzone, the battle royale chapter of the series. But how do you watch the Call of Duty Vanguard unveiling in Warzone?
Call of Duty Vanguard: how to join the presentation in Warzone
As mentioned at the beginning, the release date of the reveal of Call of Duty Vanguard is scheduled for Thursday 19 August at 7:30 pm on Call of Duty Warzone. The presentation will then take the form of an event within the free to play battle royale of the COD e series it will take place against the backdrop of the Battle of Verdansk, except for last minute communications from Activision.
How does this event work? At the moment the software house has not yet shared precise information about it, but through the small teasers published through social media it is already possible to get an idea of how this new limited-time event will work.
The last in particular confirms the presence of some elements that will be part of the Battle of Verdansk, including a new weapon and some type of armored vehicle. It is very important to point out that the image includes the phrase that invites players to “team up and work together to bring it down”, which would suggest some kind of cooperative activity.
If we put all these elements together we can speculate that this reveal of Call of Duty Vanguard could be much more elaborate than expected, nevertheless it will be enough to participate in the Battle of Verdansk on the date and at the established times to find out. In this regard, we remind you that Call of Duty Warzone is available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X / S and PC.
What to expect from Vanguard?
The short teaser published by Activision on Twitter has already revealed that in Call of Duty Vanguard we will return to tread once again the battlefields of the Second World War and, if we want to give rise to leaks, the game should also take into account the conflicts that occurred in the Pacific with a map of its own. Which, if it turns out to be correct, would guarantee a large amount of settings.
Also according to what was leaked in the net, the game’s campaign should be playable entirely in cooperative up to four players, with the maps that could be strongly influenced by a dynamic weather system. At the moment we talk about 24 maps, but we urge you to take this information with caution, as it could easily turn out to be incorrect.
Not even the beloved should be missing zombie mode, for all lovers of some healthy horror action, this time made in collaboration with Treyarch.
To find out if all or part of what has been revealed by the insiders so far is true we just have to wait a few hours for the official presentation of the game, which will certainly shed light on at least some of the aspects mentioned so far.
