Do you remember Pragmata? Capcom announced the mysterious sci-fi title in 2020, sharing little more than a cinematic teaser that didn’t tell us much about the game. We haven’t seen or heard of it since, and many feared the project could end up being little more than shovelware. However, it seems that this is not the case. Surprisingly, Pragmata made an appearance at the recent Capcom Showcase with a new short trailershowing an in-engine movie, the trailer offers another look at the protagonist duo, composed of a heavily armored astronaut and a little girl who seems to have special powers, alas, however, the release date seems to have been postponed. Pragmata: few details and postponed release date
We don’t see much, but the trailer shows the man rescuing the little girl and the two fighting their way into a furious firefight against a large group of enemies. Meanwhile, unsurprisingly, a delay has also been announced for Pragmata. Originally scheduled for 2022, Pragmata has been pushed back to 2023 and, as confirmed by a message from the developers at the end of the new trailer, the release date has been further pushed back. A new launch window has not been announcedbut the development team said they continue to work hard on the game and spend more time on it. Pragmata is in development for PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC.
