Speaking in a recent interview about whether or not the Polish studio could be bought by another company, President Adam Kiciński of CD Project RED he stated that there are no plans in place regarding a possible one acquisition:

That said, Kiciński also said that the Polish software house itself will continue to look into the possibilities of acquiring more studios, which it has done occasionally in recent months. Earlier this year, CD Projekt acquired Digital Scapes and formed it as CD Projekt RED Vancouver, and just a month ago also acquired the independent developer The Molasses Flood:

As part of the strategic plan update, we announced increased activity in the M&A area, which we have confirmed in the past few months with two deals. Both fit perfectly into our development plans – the Vancouver team has joined CD Projekt Red, while The Molasses Flood is working on a game as part of one of our franchises. We do not rule out further operations of this type in the future. The goal of our acquisitions is to strengthen development teams and gain additional support in implementing our strategy. Therefore, in this type of investment, we are more interested in experience and skills and attach great importance to whether a particular team fits into our group culture.

Meanwhile, in the same interview, Kiciński also confirmed that CD Projekt RED will begin simultaneous development of multiple new AAA projects in 2022. As for the most ambitious degree so far, namely Cyberpunk 2077, all the DLCs and updates planned during the past month have been postponed, more details about it here.
