In the past few hours, Red Hook Studios has released a new and interesting trailer for Darkest Dungeon 2, pending the arrival of the Early Access version on the Epic Games Store
Darkest Dungeon was, back in 2016, the bearer of a breath of fresh air in the international indie scene (as well as a long series of new swear words to be spread during the games, find our review right here!). The high level of difficulty, although it has deterred many, has certainly contributed to the creation of a group of enthusiasts ready to find, in the direct sequel, a new source of fun, challenge and, above all, style to spare. Darkest Dungeon 2 is coming to Early Access, just as promised before this summer, on October 26th exclusively at the Epic Games Store, and we’re really looking forward to getting our hands on it.
Unlike the prequel, in Darkest Dungeon 2 we will not venture into the exploration of the “darkest of dungeons”, but rather we will lead a caravan of four heroes traveling through a ruined world to reach a mountain. The path will be dotted with random events and encounters, based solely on the player’s choices, while we will form increasingly solid bonds with our teammates. In the past few hours, Red Hook Studios has released a new trailer for Darkest Dungeon 2 that goes to show again the bosses, mechanics and the new graphic style used. We leave it below.
Darkest Dungeon 2: the arrival of Early Access preceded by a trailer
The Early Access of Darkest Dungeon 2 will make available to gamers nine different classes, including those of the Man at Arms, the Leper, the Jester and the Grave Robber, and obviously the first act of history. Match after match, we will unlock numerous abilities for each class and will be provided with powerful Trinkets.
While you retrieve the trailer released recently, we remind you that the Early Access version of Darkest Dungeon 2 will be available from October 26th via the Epic Games Store.
