Darksiders 3 is about to land on Nintendo Switch. The game will arrive on the hybrid of the big N il September 30, 2021, complete with all DLCs released after launch. Finally, even Switch players will be able to enjoy the adventures of Fury, the third Horseman of the Apocalypse, along with his lethal demon-slaying whip. The title will be available in both digital and physical versions.
Darksiders 3 arrives on Nintendo Switch
If you have missed the events of Fury, the third Horseman of the Apocalypse to make his appearance in the Darksiders series, you can finally recover it also on Nintendo Switch. The version that is about to arrive on the Nintendo console will be the definitive one, complete with all the DLCs added post launch, namely Keepers of the Void and The Crucible.
The arrival of Furia on Switch is scheduled for September 30th and, if you don’t know what to expect, we advise you to prepare yourself for a action GDR, at times very similar to what we saw in the first games of The Legend of Zelda. Obviously the atmospheres are much darker and “cartoonish” though, since the game is set after the Apocalypse on earth and with a graphic line that is very reminiscent of comics about super heroes.
The press release with which this news was spread did not specify which team is dealing with the porting, and we don’t even know anything about any changes to the gameplay aimed at optimizing the adventure for Nintendo Switch.
However, it is likely that new information will be released before the game is released, probably in the form of a trailer entirely dedicated to the new version. It must be said that the adventure of Fury is the weakest in the trilogy and a third DLC aimed at delving into some undeveloped plot ideas would be very welcome by the fans.
