In the last two days Diamond Select Toys has shown the exclusive releases that will be presented during this year’s edition of the San Diego Comicon
Diamond Select Toys revealed, for the third consecutive day, the releases dedicated exclusively to Comicon 2021 in San Diego. Among the most famous names and brands are certainly Il Corvo, the return of Marvel Minimates and a brand new exclusive directly from the world of Nightmare Before Christmas. The action figures are available in preorder on the website of GentleGiant.
San Diego Comicon 2021: the details of the statues revealed by Diamond Select Toys
The first action figure presented yesterday comes directly from The Raven. The figure in question sees Eric Draven, protagonist of the famous film, sit on an ornate chair. The set includes (obviously) the approx 18 cm and equipped with 16 points of articulation. Only 3500 copies of this action figure will be produced and will be on sale on the GentleGiant website at the price of 39,99 USD. The second set is instead dedicated to Marvel heroes, in particular to you are original Avengers. The six figures that make up the Minimates set are about 5 cm tall and equipped with 14 points of articulation. These will also be available here for the price of 39,99 USD. Then it was the turn of Jack Skeleton, in a brand new (and very rich) exclusive set. The set includes the character, the hangman tree, the table and various toys. Jack is also fully articulated and the set will be produced in a limited edition of 3000 pieces, at the price of 120 USD the one. The set can be purchased at this link.
Today, the house presented two more action figures exclusive to San Diego. The first set is dedicated to Cobra Kai, the highly acclaimed Netflix spin-off series Karate Kid. The package contains Johnny Lawrence, John Kreese and Daniel LaRusso, all about 17 cm tall and equipped with a second set of hands and stands, as well as a pair of gloves straight from the series. The set will be available here at the price of 75,00 USD. Finally, the last presentation concerns the world of The Muppets Show. The kit includes two models related to Beaker and Dr. Honeydew, both fully articulated and in a brand new color. The set, which can be purchased here, will be available at the price of 29,99 USD.
