To celebrate the release of the fifth chapter, the entire filmography dedicated to Indiana Jones as we have always known him has been made available on Disney Plus: that of Harrison Ford
That Indiana Jones 5 would have been the last film of the franchise as we have always known it we already knew for a long time. Harrison Ford has now reached and exceeded eighty years and, as he himself stated, he no longer feels capable of impersonating an adventurer. The film, released yesterday, is therefore a sort of greeting to a a character who has become a cult and has influenced many mediums, including the videogame one (a game about Indy is currently in development, so to speak). To celebrate the release of the fifth chapter, Disney Plus has made the entire filmography available in its streaming catalog: here are the details!
Indiana Jones ships his Disney Plus!
Available today, the Indiana Jones films start way back in 1981, with the first chapter, Raiders of the Lost Ark. We then moved on to 1984, with Il Tempio Maledetto and 1989, with The Last Crusade, film that closed the original trilogy which also saw Sean Connery and River Phoenix among the protagonists, to say. A generational leap took us directly to 2008, when the franchise returned to the fore with Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, played by a Harrison Ford now over sixty, accompanied by Cate Blanchett and Karen Allen, among others.
However, you will find all the complete filmography relating to the adventures of Indiana Jones in streaming on Disney Plus. A way like any other to retrace what has been a large slice of the history of cult adventure films and a part of the filmography of a great actor, who we hope will not stop his career here anyway: he still has so much to say.
