September will be a month full of news for Disney Plus. The platform is also preparing for Disney + Day. Let’s see what awaits us
September has now arrived and the holidays are already a memory for many, but don’t despair because Disney Plus is ready to keep us company with lots of new content. This month will also be the one chosen for Disney+ Daythe event organized to thank all subscribers to the platform, which will take place this year Thursday 8 September. For the occasion, many new films and TV series will be uploaded. Let’s see in detail what awaits us.
She-Hulk: Attorney at Law – season one
September opens with the continuation of one of the series of the moment: She-Hulk. This is a series in which we will follow the events of Jennifer Walters, Bruce Banner’s cousin and lawyer, intent on representing Emil Blonsky, aka Abomination in a hearing, which, however, will not go exactly as expected.
The third episode of the series was released on September 1stone will follow every Thursday.
High School Musical: The Musical: La Serie – stagione 3
The third season of the High School Musical series: The Musical continues its journey, returning to tell the adventures of the Wildcats, between quarrels, love and lots of music.
The seventh episode will arrive on the platform on September 3while the eighth the September 14.
Nudes – first season
The Italian series, an adaptation of the Norwegian teen drama, starring Nicolas Maupas from Mare Fuori, is about to land on the platform. Nudes will follow three teens with different stories, but united by a single theme: revenge porn.
The first season will be available on Disney Plus on September 7.
Andor – first season
The series tells the story of the nascent rebellion against the Empire and how it will affect different people and planets. In this age, so full of dangers, the pilot Cassian Andor will have to undertake a difficult path, which will transform him into a rebel hero.
The first season will be available from 21 September.
The Kardashians – second season
America’s most famous family is about to return with new episodes of The Kardashians series. We will then review Kris, Kourtney, Kim, Khloé, Kendall and Kylie struggling with their stories, both public and private: from business management, to free time, to childcare, to family dynamics.
The second season will be available on Disney Plus from September 22.
The old man
TV series based on the novel of the same name by Thomas Perry. Dan Chase fled the CIA years ago, so he now lives in the shadows. When a hitman tries to kill him, he realizes it’s time to come to terms with the past, to secure his future.
The first season will be available from September 28.
Hocus Pocus 2
The three famous witches Winifred, Mary and Sarah Sanderson are about to return with a new episode, after a very long time. It has been 29 years since the three were resurrected; but now the sisters are back, with the intention of wreaking havoc in Salem again. It will be up to three high school students to try to stop them before dawn on All Saints’ Eve.
Available from September 30th.
Disney+ Day
In addition to these releases, many others will be addedSeptember 8on the day of Disney+ Day, which will allow Disney subscribers to enjoy tons of new must-see titles. Here are some of them:
Thor Love and Thunder
In this new chapter, Thor must team up with King Valkyrie, Korg and Jane Foster, his ex-girlfriend to face Gorr, the Slaughterer of Gods.
Pinocchio
The fable starring the famous wooden puppet comes back to life again, this time in a live action version. The computer graphics will work alongside real actors, to bring us back to the magical world of Pinocchio, Geppetto, the Jiminy Cricket, the Cat and the Fox, Mangiafuoco and the Blue Fairy.
Pistol
It arrives in the section Star, a new film based on the life of Steve Jones, founding member and guitarist of the Sex Pistols. We will retrace the three years of the band’s rise, from debut to notoriety. They will be chaotic, unpredictable years, fully experienced by a group of young people able, in a short time, to shake the government and threaten to bring it down, revolutionizing music and culture forever.

If, on the other hand, you prefer to throw yourself headlong into history, retracing the life of one of the most beloved characters of the past, Santa Evita could be for you; the series traces what happened after the death of the famous Eva Perón. If you are a lover of drama series they are available for you Dopesick – declaration of dependence e Station 19.
