Techland has finally announced the release date of Dying Light 2 Stay Human. The zombie-themed game, a follow-up to one of the most loved and played titles of 2014, is finally hitting stores on December 7, after the many vicissitudes that occurred during the development phase. The game is coming up PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One ed Xbox Series X|S and it is already possible to pre-order it.

In addition to announcing the release date of Dying Light 2 Stay Human, Techland also showed an in-depth gameplay video which shows the progress made by the game over the past few months. During a web series called Dying 2 Know, in fact, in addition to deepening the game world and some mechanics, it is also possible to view a fragment of gameplay approximately seven minutes long.
The game, similar to its predecessor, will implement a system of parkour and loads of melee and ranged weapons to use against the raging hordes of zombies that have infested the city. However, on this round, the player will also face some moral and political choices which will lead him to join the ranks of one of the three main factions, thus changing both the pace of the narrative and the game environment. The script for Dying Light 2 Stay Home was written in part by Chris Avellone, the author best known for his masterpiece Planescape: Torment. Avellone was banned from the development team due to some legal disputes that involve him.
