On the occasion of Women’s History MonthEA SPORTS FC has announced its new commitment as the main sponsor of the Women In Football Leadership Programme (WFLP) in collaboration with UEFA, further consolidating their long-term partnership.

What is the Women In Football Leadership Programme?
The WFLP, now in its tenth edition, is an annual week-long initiative, organized by UEFA and supported by the prestigious IMD Business School. The initiative aims to support and promote women’s careers in the football industry. Since its launch in 2014, the program has already had a positive impact on over 240 women.
This year, the program will be held in August at UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland. More than 30 women, chosen for their potential to influence the future of football, will receive support through the programme. The WFLP offers group training sessions, one-on-one coaching and talks from recognized industry leaders. Everything is designed to hone leadership skills, encourage networking and strengthen self-esteem, allowing participants to best express their potential.
