Eagle Pictures: March 2023 home video releases
In particular, The Woman King will be available from March 1, a vibrant story of female warriors released on DVD, Blu-Ray and 4K with Oscar-winning actress Viola Davis, the protagonist of an action-packed story about the vicissitudes of the Agojie, a group of really existed all-female fighters who defended the then African Kingdom of Dahomey in the nineteenth century.
From 8 March instead it will be the turn of Diabolik – Ginko all’attack, the second film chapter directed by the Manetti Bros. inspired by the famous comic book by the Giussani sisters, with Giacomo Gianniotti, Miriam Leone, Valerio Mastandrea and Monica Bellucci, available on DVD, Blue -ray and in an unmissable COMBO edition containing the double format DVD and Blu-Ray, a collector’s card and a copy of the comic of the same name.
On March 16, space for horror with The Devil’s Eyes, a story of possession starring a complex female character played by Jacqueline Byershere grappling with a disturbing story with thriller-mystery shades that renews the canons of the exorcism genre, published in DVD, Blu-ray and 4K formats.
Finally, from March 22, it will be the turn of Whitney – A voice that became a legend, with an extraordinary Naomi Ackie as legendary singer Whitney Houston in a biopic chronicling the incredible life and career of one of the world’s most beloved voices, released on DVD and Blu-Ray.

Women warriors, legendary female voices, the return of Diabolik and an unmissable horror among the Home Video releases of March by Eagle Pictures. Starting March 1 The Woman King, in which Viola Davis stars in an action-packed story about the story of the Agojie. Inspired by true events, the film follows the epic and emotional journey of General Nanisca (Viola Davis) as she trains a new generation of recruits, preparing them for battle against an enemy determined to destroy their way of life: because some things count really worth fighting for.
From 8 March, with Diabolik – Ginko on the attack, the King of Terror and his accomplice Eva Kant are back in action and once again they seem to have devised an apparently perfect plan. Behind this blow, however, lies a trap of the cunning Inspector Ginko, which will also put their bond to the test. Betrayed by Diabolik, Eva decides to take revenge by proposing to the inspector to collaborate in her capture: a difficult decision for Ginko who also has to face the arrival of Altea, Duchess of Vallenberg.
On March 16, again thanks to Eagle Pictures, space for horror with The Devil’s Eyes by Daniel Stamm. In response to the global increase in demonic possession, the Catholic Church reopens schools of exorcism to train priests in the Rite of Exorcism. Upon this spiritual battlefield stands an unlikely warrior: a young nun, Sister Ann (Jacqueline Byers). Although the nuns are forbidden from performing exorcisms, a professor (Colin Salmon) recognizes Sister Ann’s gifts and agrees to teach her. Thrust to the spiritual forefront with fellow student Father Dante (Christian Navarro), Sister Ann finds herself in a battle for the soul of a young girl, who she believes is possessed by the same demon that tormented her mother. Years ago. She soon realizes that the Devil wants only one soul: hers.
From March 22 again with Eagle it will be the turn of Whitney – A voice that has become a legend. Actress Naomi Ackie gives a sensational performance embodying the star’s mannerisms without allowing herself to be swallowed up by Whitney Houston’s deified legacy. Directed by Kasi Lemmons and written by Academy Award nominee Anthony McCarten, this musical biopic takes the audience on a journey into the emotions and energy of the American star, recounting the artist’s all too short and spectacular career without forgetting his tumultuous marriage and his addiction to drugs.
