There are just a few hours until this year’s Emmy Awards ceremony. Indeed the Emmy ceremony will be held tonight and, exclusively for Italy, they will be broadcast on Sky Atlantic and streaming on NOW. The Peacock Theater in Los Angeles is ready for the event which will be hosted by Anthony Anderson at 2 am on January 16, 2024. The 2024 Emmy Awards are ready to reward the most loved TV series of last year. Initially the ceremony was scheduled for September 18th, but due to the strike that involved actors and screenwriters last summer it was decided to postpone it to tonight.
Nomination of the 2024 Emmy Awards and how to follow the live broadcast from Italy
The 2024 Emmy Awards nominations will see the competition between beloved series to win the prestigious statuettes which symbolize the victory of the competition. Among the most “nominated” series we find: Succession (27 nominations) now in its fourth season, The Last of Us (24 nominations) which stages the television adaptation of the video game of the same name, The White Lotus which continues to collect nominations also this year with its second season. House of the Dragon also collected several nominations including one that would allow it to win the title of best drama series. The award ceremony will be hosted by Black-ish actor Anthony Anderson and will begin at 2 am (Italian time) live from the stage of the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles. In Italy there will be the possibility of follow the live broadcast thanks to Sky Atlantic or streaming on NOW. Starting from 1:00 am there will be the pre-show which will then lead to the actual awards ceremony. The Sky channels mentioned above will give the Italian public the opportunity to follow the live broadcast both with simultaneous translation and also in the original version.
