During E3 2021, Nintendo announced the arrival of a new iteration of Metroid. However, it is not the fourth chapter, as many would have expected, but the “spin-off” Metroid Dread. While waiting for the title, you can take refuge in the new metroidvania of Live Wire and Adglobe, Ender Lilies: Quietus of the Knights, which we have extensively praised in practically every aspect in our review of the version for Nintendo Switch, which you can find by clicking here. A video game certainly not innovative and which, net of the many advantages, does not bring anything particularly new to the genre. However, it remains an excellent exponent of the genre, at a budget price and able to entertain and excite for several hours. In short, highly recommended, even on a machine like Nintendo Switch that we know is not exactly the most performing at the hardware level.
Initially arriving on PC and Nintendo’s hybrid, Ender Lilies: Quietus of the Knights landed a few days later on Xbox One (and consequently Xbox Series X | S). The PlayStation 4 version should have been released in conjunction with that of the Microsoft platforms, but Live Wire unexpectedly postponed it due to “unexpected technical difficulties”. In the past few hours, however, the company has confirmed the release date of the PS4 version.
Ender Lilies: Quietus of the Knights also lands on PS4 and PS5!
Ender Lilies: Quietus of the Knights will arrive on Sony platforms on July 20, coming out regularly on PlayStation 4 and making itself available in backwards compatibility on PlayStation 5.
