Three free updates are coming for F1 2021, the official game of Formula 1. The first is available as of today, 13 September, and includes the Portimao circuit, home to the Portuguese Grand Prix. Here are all the other news.
The first of three updates planned for F1 2021 is out today
Good news for passionate gamers Formula 1. In fact, Codemasters and Electronic Arts Inc. released the first of today three free F1 2021 updates. The most important new feature is the addition of the Portimao, home of the Portuguese Grand Prix. But that’s not all: the update also includes the updated performance of the vehicles and the Aston Martin safety car, which will join the current Mercedes AMG GT R.
New content coming in October and November
Portimao is only the first of the three new circuits. The next will be released in October and November. In October, players will be able to try their hand at the Imola circuit, home to the first win of the season Max Verstappen. While in November the Gedda Street Circuit. “We are thrilled to finally release our first free circuit, and to share what’s coming in the next few months with players,” he said. Paul Jeal, F1 Senior Franchise Director di Codemasters. “Our players have let us know how excited they are to be able to try out the new 2021 seasonal circuits that will culminate with the release of Jeddah a few weeks before his F1 debut in December.”
Xbox and PlayStation players will also be able to try the game for free, available for download through their respective digital stores.
