During a new livestream on the title, Square Enix has officially unveiled the minimum and recommended requirements of the PC version of Forspoken: let’s find out together in this dedicated article
We are now here: on January 24 Forspoken will officially land on PC and PS5 and, despite our tepid first impressions that you find collected in this preview, we are really curious to throw ourselves into the magical world of Athia painted by Luminous Productions. Come what may, we are also quite convinced that Forspoken will be able to get people talking, for better (let’s hope!) or for worse. In the meantime, as already announced some time ago, Square Enix recently held a livestream dedicated to the PC version of the titlefrom which juicy information has come.
First of all, of course, the minimum and recommended requirements to run Forspoken on your masterrace machines. The requirements are divided into three tiers, a minimum (with 720p 30fps resolution), a recommended (1080p 30fps) and an ultra (2160p 60fps). Whatever your configuration, you will need 150GB (minimum) to install Forspoken on day one on PC. In the next paragraph we will see in detail the three bands.

Below you will find the minimum system requirements (720p 30fps resolution):
- Operating system: Windows 10 64-bit (with update after November 2019) or Windows 11 64-bit
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 | Intel Core i7-3770
- GPU: AMD Radeon RX 5500 XT 8GB | NVIDIA GeForce 1060 6 GB VRAM
- RAM: 16GB
- Space Required: 150GB HDD
We continue with the recommended requirements (1440p 30fps resolution):
- Operating system: Windows 10 64-bit (with update after November 2019) or Windows 11 64-bit
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 | Intel Core i7-8700K
- GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT 12GB | NVIDIA GeForce GTX 3070 8GB VRAM
- RAM: 24GB
- Space Required: 150GB SSD
And let’s finish with the ultra configuration (2160p 60fps resolution):
- Operating system: Windows 10 64-bit (with update after November 2019) or Windows 11 64-bit
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5800X | Intel Core i7-12700
- GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT 16GB | NVIDIA GeForce GTX 4080 16 GB VRAM
- RAM: 32GB
- Space Required: 150GB NvMe SSD
