The fourth edition of Fotografica, the Bergamo Photography Festival organized by the APS Photographic Association, will take place at two renowned locations in Bergamo Alta: the Monastero del Carmine and the Ex Magazzini del Sale, from 14 October to 19 November, under the title “WE HERE”
Fujifilm Italia has supported the event since its first edition, and in this fourth edition, it is proudly present as a technical sponsor.

Fujifilm Italia will actively participate in the eventenriching the wide variety of contents present, presenting the project “Cover Me With Gold” by Gianmarco Maraviglia. This project was created using the GFX50S and X-H2S cameras from Fujifilmwith the company following and supporting the project from its initial conception to the creation of the images in print format for the exhibition.
Furthermore, Fujifilm will present at the Carmine Monastery on the days of Sunday 22 October e Sunday 12 Novemberfrom 11:00 to 19:00, with a space “Touch&Try” where both amateur and professional photographers will have the opportunity to experience the latest additions to the GFX and X Series range.
Il progetto “Cover Me With Gold” will be exhibited at the former Magazzini del Sale space and tells the story of the Milanese football team Sant’Ambroeus, made up of young immigrants, asylum seekers and people waiting for a residence permit.
Despite their different origins, the team represents an example of integration through sport, demonstrating that football can encourage true welcome and inclusion.
The name “Cover Me With Gold” represents the victory, the light and the thermal blankets of the migrants who have just landed on the Italian coast. Football emerges as a universal language and effective tool for integration, especially in urban suburbs. The team is made up of 60 athletes from West Africa and different parts of the world.
For the Fujifilm debut at Fotograficathe company took over the task of printing the work of Gianmarco Maraviglia on one of its high quality supports, using professional photo paper Fujicolor Crystal Archive Digital Paper Type DPII of the family Original Photographer Paper, with RA4 silver halide process.
The matte finish was chosen to emphasize the color rendering of the images and guarantee their durability over time, offering exceptional definition, image stability and extraordinary color saturation.
