Fujifilm prepares for summer by presenting a new product of the Instax series, the Instax mini Link 2, the new bluetooth printer for smartphones and tablets
FUJIFILM instax mini Link 2, the smartphone printer, comes with a host of new and unique features, including customizable frames and image color modes for electrifying effects – the urge for creativity will be at your fingertips. Thanks to the instaxAiR function, an absolute novelty, instax mini Link 2 takes interactivity and personalization to a whole new level, thus becoming a tool for drawing “in the air” and for applying personalized effects directly to the print.
Compact, light and finished with a raised striped texture, instax mini Link 2 in about 15 seconds prints the selected imagesupports continuous printing and is capable of printing approximately 100 instax mini prints per charge, seamlessly via Bluetooth.

Accompanying the launch of instax mini Link 2 is the new instax mini Spray Art instant film, characterized by a colorful design that recalls the world of street art. It is the perfect complement to the instaxAiR function but also used on its own, it makes any image stand out with an extra pop of color.

Via the free downloadable instax mini Link 2 app, the instaxAiR feature allows users to add graphics and effects, including bubbles, petals, neon, spray paint or glitter, to photos for printing. It will be super easy to make drawings in the air by holding the instax mini Link 2 in your hand and pressing the function button on the top and pointing the side LED. What is drawn in the air will appear in the print preview in the app, and once you are happy with the appearance, the graphics will appear on the print itself. With the instaxAiR function you can also record video of the drawing and share the moment as a printable QR code on the photo. The QR code can be scanned to view the video, download it or share it on social media.

Ability to customize instax mini prints with picture modes, designer frames, stickers and more
The instax mini Link 2 application contains a series of design frames that can be superimposed on the selected image, to achieve a unique instax instant print.You can choose between two color modes of the image: the instax mode- Rich, for deeper, more intense colors and instax-Natural mode, for a look closer to the original.
Smartphone images can also be enhanced with art filters or by adjusting the brightness, contrast and saturation of the image. You can also combine up to 8 images into a single instax print collage, again via the app. In addition to compatibility with smartphones, instax mini Link 2 is also compatible with the mirrorless digital camera FUJIFILM X-S10allowing photographers to send images directly from the camera to the printer.
FUJIFILM instax mini Link 2 will be available from 22 June 2022 at the suggested price of € 129.99 including VAT, in the colors Soft Pink, Clay White and Space Blue. The instax mini Spray Art instant film will be available from 22 June 2022 at the recommended price of 11.99 euros.
