FUJIFILM introduces the new instax SQUARE Link is the latest addition to the instax Link smartphone printer line-up, available November 16, 2022.
FUJIFILM introduces instax SQUARE Link which is capable of printing images stored in a smartphone on SQUARE format films. The last one missing among the latest Instax bluetooth printers is the Instax SQUARE, which already on the market, comes back updated in its functions and in its design. In recent years, FUJIFILM has focused heavily on Bluetooth printers, presenting the new Instax link WIDE, brand new for the wide format and also the update of the Instax Mini link 2. Now it is possible to take advantage of new functions and applications also on the Square format.
Instax SQUARE link: all the functions and features of the new printer
It features two new functions that further expand the pleasure of snapshot photography. One of them is the AR Print feature uses a dedicated app to apply an AR effect to instax prints. Users can enjoy instax print decorated with AR effect or save it as a video or image for easy sharing on social media.
The second novelty is the function INSTAX Connect: this function superimposes a chat message on an image saved in the smartphone for printing thanks to the dedicated app. Users can send a picture with a message and even match a reply message in the printed photo. This feature expands the pleasure of communicating through instant photography and offers new ways to enjoy instax prints by experiencing real connections with remote partners, such as creating a snapshot to celebrate a special occasion with a message for loved ones, or adding a message to a child’s photo to send to grandparents who live far away.
Other fundamental functions are added:
- INSTAX Camera: Add and print an instax frame around the subject to be shot.
- Editable Print: Easily create a print in an elegant frame or with a collage effect.
- Sketch, edit & print: to combine a drawing or hand-made lettering with an image for printing.
- Save Image: Save a printed photo as an instax framed image.
- Superior quality prints: Choose between “INSTAX-Rich Mode” with rich colors and “INSTAX-Natural Mode” to enjoy distinctly instax color tones.
The INSTAX SQUARE Link printer is available in two color variants: Ash White and Midnight Green, which perfectly match the interior décor.
