Exploring the outer limits of memory overclocking potential on the latest platform, G.SKILL also introduces a memory kit DDR5 2x24GB a DDR5-8600 CL40-54-54-136. Running on an Intel Core i9-14900K desktop processor and an ASUS ROG Maximus Z790 Apex Encore motherboard, this memory kit achieves:
- 130.66GB/s reading,
- 130.24GB/s in writing
- and 126.31GB/s copying in the AIDA64 memory bandwidth test.
The new DDR5-8400 memory kit features the Intel XMP 3.0 overclocking profile; This allows users to easily overclock the memory kit by simply enabling the XMP overclocking profile in the BIOS with a compatible motherboard and processor.
