After the leak that revealed the PlayStation Plus games for January, now it’s the turn of the Xbox Games with Gold
The Game Awards have anticipated the arrival of several interesting titles coming in the coming months, and the new year seems to reserve significant surprises for gamers. Despite that, January will still show up with few innovations in terms of videogame releases, and for this reason it will become the perfect moment to retrieve works that we may not have had the opportunity to play, or that have remained in our backlog for some time.

So let’s go to list the titles that will be made available in January in the Games with Gold for the Xbox platforms. These games had been revealed by a source who has already anticipated in recent months the titles to be released on these services, often resulting correct in its predictions. Two games available in backward compatibility have also been added:
- Radiant Silvergun: from 1 January to 15 January): it is a vertical scrolling shoot ’em up, initially released only in Japan and arrived for Xbox 360. It takes place in the distant future, where the protagonists are pilots on a mission that they will have to defeat a looming threat unearthed on Earth and which has been awakened, thus calling upon hordes of enemies.
- Space Invaders Infinity Gene (from January 16 to January 31): the title is part of the Space Invaders franchise, and was released for iOS back in 2009. The characteristic of this game is how it benefits from popular elements belonging to the renowned series, introducing some new features such as the possibility to evolve the spacecraft.
