DokeV was presented at Gamescom 2021, the new title of Pearl Abyss, famous for making the MMORPG Black Desert
During the Gamescom 2021 it was presented DokeV a colorful new title created by the Korean developers of Pearl Abyss, famous for creating the popular MMORPG Black Desert, and the future RPG called Crimson Desert. DokeV moves away from fantasy canons to show us a modern and very colorful setting where everything happens: from racing with skateboards, cars and skates to various fights with weapons that seem to be created on the spot. Neither the release date nor the consoles where the title will arrive is yet known, even if the graphic detail suggests an exclusively next gen title.

According to what was seen in the trailer presented at Gamescom 2021, Dokev is a action-adventure open world with elements that look a bit like Pokémon and a bit like other titles like Splatoon, Monster Hunter and much more. According to the description released by Pearl Abyss of the game, we are faced with a title in which the aim will be to collect creatures to be used in combat just like in the historical title of Game Freak. These creatures are called Dokebi, beings who live side by side with humans and become stronger through the passion generated by the dreams of human beings.
There are many the feature presented in the four-minute trailer of DokeV, we can in fact see the use of different methods to move around the rich game world, such as rollerblades, skateboards, cars and much more, also in combat it seems that our characters can use various weapons very colorful in addition to the creatures to be captured. At first it looked like DokeV was an MMO, but Pearl Abyss has specified that this title will not be based on the online component such as Black Desert. This is not to say that it will be a single player only game, but for the moment no further information has been released during the online event.
