The titles of the Gears of War saga, Microsoft’s flagship series, could also be released on PS5, it was Jeff Grubb who dropped the bomb
The last few days have certainly been turbulent for Microsoft, with news that some of its most anticipated first-party titles, like Starfield and Indiana Jones and the Great Circlewould be coming up PS5. This could also follow for Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2along with previous entries on Sea of Thieves e Hi-Fi Rush.
However, one series that appears to have also been taken into consideration is Gears of War. Jeff Grubb in Giant Bomb revealed that Gears of War has been considered to land on the Sony ecosystem. While it is not yet certain whether it will actually be made, the fact that the series has even been discussed represents a surprising turn of events considering its relative age dating back to the Xbox 360.

Grubb also hinted at the alleged plan to Microsoft to reveal its new first-party initiative by the end of February. This announcement could explain the company’s changes and strategies for the future. With regard to Gears of Warthe last title in the series was Gears 5launched in 2019 per Xbox One e PC. Currently it is said that Gears 6 is in development and may be more open than its predecessor.
Furthermore, there is also the alleged Gears of War Remastered Collection, which has not yet been officially announced. This is the latest news in the gaming field relating to the Microsoft-Sony duality and, certainly, the news of the last few days, which is followed by this of a possible landing of Gears of Wars on PS5 could be sensational.
