GFX Challenge Grant Program 2022: the second edition kicks off

GFX Challenge Grant Program 2022, the second edition of one of the most followed and appreciated projects in the imaging field, returns to echo on the web. Creatives, photographers and videomakers will be able to submit to FUJIFILM the guidelines and premises of their photographic or video project.

The second edition of the GFX Challenge Grant Programwhich is a growth opportunity that FUJIFILM reserves for emerging or promising content creators.

Grazie a GFX Challenge Grant Program until November 30, 2022 it will be possible to submit your own photographic or video project to FUJIFILM. The projects deemed to be the best will be implemented thanks to a substantial financial contribution. The best projects on paper will be realized thanks to FUJIFILM support: mentoring, tutoring and technical assistance by technicians / product experts and up to $ 10,000 to cover the costs for the realization

All recipients of the Global and Regional Grant Award will also gain experience in the use of GFX System equipment, receiving one GFX system camera body and two GF lenses for the duration of the project’s production, as well as technical assistance. by Fujifilm technicians / product experts.

GFX Challenge Grant Program 2022: come partecipare

1st STEP until November 30th

Preparation of the project proposal and submission via the website by filling out the registration form. The presentation must include English and saved in the PDF file format.

2nd STEP from 1 December 2022 to 6 January 2023

Fujifilm will review the applications and select 15 project proposals from 3 geographic regions, 45 proposals in total, which will be evaluated in the 3rd step. By January 13, 2023, each selected regional finalist will be notified by email and the necessary Zoom interviews (or equivalent) will be scheduled.

3rd STEP from 16 to 31 January 2023

Candidates will be asked to interview with Fujifilm. The interview may be conducted in the language of your choice, if possible for Fujifilm. Five finalists for each geographic region, 15 in total, will be selected to proceed to the final selection phase.

4th STEP from 1 to 28 February 2023

The Global Grant Award Jury will review each nominee and select the 5 recipients of the global award, while the remaining 10 finalists will receive regional grant awards. The award winners will be announced in March 2023.

Only candidates who progress through the selection process will be informed of their progress. At the end of the final phase, an announcement of the final beneficiaries of the grants will be published.
