GIGABYTE presented the new AORUS DDR5 memory kit from 32 GB to 5200 MHz. Let’s find out more in this article
GIGABYTE, a leading manufacturer of motherboards, graphics cards and hardware solutions, following the announcement of the new AORUS Z690 motherboards, also announced the arrival of the new memory kit in support of the latter RAM AORUS DDR5 5200 MHz and 32 GB. This kit features two DDR5 XMP 5200 MHz da 16 GB to provide higher frequency and performance than native DDR5 memory. But let’s find out more closely.
Here are the new 32GB AORUS DDR5 5200 MHz from GIGABYTE
The 32GB AORUS DDR5 5200MHz memory kit consists of two 16GB dual-channel 5200MHz XMP DDR5 and only fits DDR5 memory media on Intel Z690 platform. The new memory architecture features a high clock speed and low power consumption, which enables the DDR5 XMP Booster function on the memory kit.
DDR5 XMP Booster can detect the brand of the memory chip from the BIOS settings to allow users to quickly choose from multiple built-in and pre-tuned memory overclocking profiles, increasing the speed of native DDR or XMP DDR memory. Furthermore, XMP 3.0 User Profile allows users to independently create and store the XMP profile to unleash extreme memory performance.
The kit is equipped with the solid thermal solutions of the heat sink in copper-aluminum with nano-carbon coating and high conductivity thermal pad. This way users can sleep peacefully overclocking their memory. The heat generated by the power control IC and memory chip is rapidly expelled from the thermal pad and copper bottom, then the heat dissipates into the air through the nano-carbon-coated copper-aluminum heatsink. There CNC cut groove on the heatsink expands the heat dissipation area by speed up ejection from system fans and lower the temperature.
Regarding data security, the memory kit supports On-Die ECC error correction function, which can detect and correct common data damage for more stable system operation compared to DDR4 and to reduce any problems. GIGABYTE however, it did not provide information on the release date and the recommended retail price. For more information, please consult the official page of the company.
