There is great anticipation for the brand new live-action film dedicated to Grand Touring. If you are a fan of the video game, created by Kazunori Yamauchi and developed by Polyphony Digital in 1997 or if you simply want to experience an adventure dedicated to the world of engines, you are in the right place. Gran Turismo – The Story of a Dream is based on the hit racing video game. The plot tells about a boy with extraordinary gamer skills, able, thanks to his talent, to get to compete like a real driver, winning numerous Nissan competitions. The film is based on the true story of Jann Mardenborough, British professional racing driver competing in the Japanese Super GT series. The boy’s talent led him, in 2011, to win the GT Academy competition for Nissan and to participate in numerous other races, including the F3 European Championshipthe GP3 Seriesthe 24 Hours of Le Mans and the FIA World Endurance Championship.
The film sees the participation of leading actors in the serial and cinematographic panorama, such as Archie Madekwe, David Harbour, Thomas Kretschmann, Djimon Hounsou e Orlando Bloom. They are also part of the cast Darren Barnet, Emelia Hartford, Josha Stradowski, Geri Horner, Andrea Vasiliou, Harki Bhambra, Mariano Gonzalez e Anto Sharp.

Gran Turismo – The Story of an Impossible Dream will be in cinemas from September 20, 2023. Meanwhile, several trailers have already been released, one of which, just a few hours ago.
