When it launched in 2013, the story of GTA Online was meant to be a true reflection of our world with so many references to the celebrities of the moment. Nothing new for the franchise, and in fact in the past few hours in GTA Online a reference to the purchase of Twitter by Elon Musk has appeared.
GTA Online: A reference to Elon Musk’s Twitter purchase appeared
A few days ago, Elon Musk officially acquired Twitter for $ 44 billion and, a short time later, directly from Los Santos, the city of GTA Online that one of the largest social media platforms in the world, Bleeter, was acquired by a American billionaire, a clear reference to Musk’s record purchase.
Recently, a Reddit user, MalikKillzIt, shared a screenshot from the internet news feed in GTA Online, featuring news pointing to the acquisition of Bleeter by Avon Hertz, an American billionaire, for $ 44 billion. This description is obviously a mirror of the real event, as GTA has always accustomed us to.
It will be interesting to see if this parody will take it to the next level, as has already happened in the past, with themed missions or activities, even if this time it seems rather unlikely. We take this opportunity to remind you that GTA Online is available for layStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X / S, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 3, Microsoft Windows and Xbox 360.
