Halo, the series based on the video game saga of the same name, is coming to Italy on Sky and NOW from 24 March
Simultaneously with the United Statesthe Serie Halo the next will arrive in Italy 24 march streaming on NOW and on demand on Sky in the original version with subtitles and from March 28 in Italian on Sky Atlantic. The original Paramount + product is taken fromhomonymous videogame saga born in 2001. What do we know | Halo the series
Halo is set in the narrative universe that debuted in 2001 with the first video game of the saga. The series transports us to the 26th centuryin an epic confrontation between humans and an alien race called Covenant. Halo will respect the canon of the videogame series, while telling an original story. The main character is Master Chief (interpreted by Pablo Schreiber), a genetically modified soldier who, as we can understand from the trailer, is “the best weapon of humanity”. Next to Schreiber we find Natasha McEhlone as the doctor Halseythe creator of the Spartan supersoldiers (of which Master Chief is a part), and Jan Taylor in those of Cortana, a very advanced Artificial Intelligence. Also in the cast are Bokeem Woodbine, Shabana Azmi, Natasha Culzac, Olive Gray, Yerin Ha, Bentley Kalu, Kate Kennedy, Charlie Murphy and Danny Sapani.
The creators and writers of the Halo series are Kyle Killen and Steven Kanewhile among the production houses we find Amblin Television (the television division of Amblin Entertainment, owned by Steven Spielberg), 343 Industries, Showtime Networks, One Big Picture, Chapter Eleven and Paramount Television Studies. International distribution of the series is handled by Paramount Global Distribution Group. In the past few weeks Halo has been renewed for one second season, to confirm confidence in the project. The series will count 10 episodeseach lasting for 60 minutes circa.
