Hasbro Pulse celebrates the 40th anniversary of Transformers with a colossal HasLab: Optimus Prime, Ultra Magnus and Omega Prime
A few days ago, Hasbro Pulse kicked off the celebrations for the Transformers 40th Anniversary with an announcement that shook fans around the world: a HasLab project that unites Optimus Prime and Ultra Magnus for the first time since 2001, giving life to the legendary Omega Prime combiner.

The undisputed leader of the Autobots returns in his iconic alternative mode not as a fire truck, but as a futuristic vehicle full of details faithful to the series and with classic features of the original toy. But it doesn’t end there as Ultra Magnus, the mainstay of the Autobots, has been repurposed, with Hasbro improving the structure for greater stability.
Combining Optimus Prime e Ultra Magnusthe mighty is born Omega Prime, symbol of strength and power. The classic combination has been perfected with improved structural support and a sleek design that allows the combiner to hold spectacular action poses.
This HasLab project represents the culmination of 40 years of innovation in the world of Transformers, celebrating everything fans loved about the original action figures. To go into production, the project needs 10,000 backers. The crowdfunding will last until March 12, 2024 at 11.59pm. If the project is successful, the figures will be shipped to backers in spring 2025.
