The platform Disney+ anticipates the Christmas period, distributing the reboot of “Home Sweet Home Alone”. Unmissable comedy for the whole family directed by Dan Mazer |, a reinterpretation in the name of inclusiveness and equality, led by new faces and new clumsy criminals.
After Macaulay Culkin, the absolute protagonist of the first two cinematic chapters; to rule the clothes of the young man Kevin it is up to the little one Archie Yates, already known in the hit film Jojo Rabbit. To appear in the role of the two criminals, the couple Ellie Kemper e Rob Delaney; not too different in clumsiness from the previous ones Joe Pesci e Daniel Stern, but at the same time far from the classic gender stereotypes and clichés.
In homage of the old days, to manifest his presence too Devin Ratray (Buzz McAllister Kevin’s bully and older brother) now a police officer.

Home Sweet Home Alone: how not to be caught unprepared
Max Mercer is a mischievous and resourceful boy, accidentally forgotten by his family at home during the holiday season. While his family is in Japan, Max will proclaim himself the protector and guardian of the house, facing the small daily challenges, even defending himself from the intrusion of the bizarre couple of husband and wife thieves.
Among hilarious vicissitudes, absolute chaos and crazy sketches; young Max will realize that there really is no place like one’s “home sweet home”.
The film is scripted by Mikey Day & Streeter Seidell (Saturday Night Live), based on Mikey Day & Streeter Seidell and John Hughes. Hutch Parker, pga and Dan Wilson, pga are the producers.
Home Sweet Home Alone is considered the third film in the series not released in theaters, but made available directly in streaming.
