Bad news for those who expected a happy ending from this story, but it seems that Horner's accusations have been dropped completely and that, in fact, the team principal is now gaining even more power
Justice does not always do its duty, as was the case with the Christian Horner scandal, which now, on the contrary, is gaining more and more power. Accusations had recently been made directly to the FIA by the woman who received sexual harassment from the team principal, but at the same time it seems that now Christian Horner defeated the Austrians. The Austrian team represents 49% of the Red Bull team, already a disadvantage which unfortunately led to the former British driver being kept in the team as team leader. But not only that, now even the same Jos Verstappen he is holding back out of fear that his son Max Verstappen is unable to give his best due to all the chaos that has been unleashed in the team. The bad surprises don't end there, on the contrary, Christian Horner's empire is expanding.
Horner's charges dropped, but what if the complaint goes to civil court?
The reason Horner is now managing to expand his power even further is due to his alliance with the Yoovidhya familythis therefore gives even more freedom to the team principal, especially after the Austrian team retreated. Now Horner wants to become more and more powerful, also deciding to give up important pieces of the Red Bull team such as Max Verstappen, Adrian Newey and Helmut Marko. Horner stops at nothing and doesn't care what he will have to give up in order to expand his power. However, things could change if the employee's accusations would end up directly in civil court and be successful. If the court rules in favor of the employee, Chalerm Yoovidhya could decide to abandon Horner and this would lead to his downfall. Unfortunately, however, this will take time.
