From today afternoon, Tuesday 2 May 2022, Iliad doesn’t work: users complain about the down the network internet, landline and mobile. The disservices also concern telephone calls.
Downdetector collects user reports. The outage aggregator highlights that the problems started around 2.25 pm today (Tuesday 2 May 2023) and at the time of writing (4.45 pm) the downtime does not seem to have resolved yet.

Down of Iliad: the internet does not work, problems even from mobile
The disruption turns out to be decidedly atypical given that the devices show the presence of the network. Despite this, it seems impossible to receive and make phone calls, both from landlines and mobiles.
The same goes for the internet. From the smartphone display there seems to be a connection, but when opening apps or browsers it is impossible to navigate.
At the moment there is no communication on Iliad’s official social channels and the company has not publicly acknowledged the problem through a press release. Meanwhile Twitter is inundated with reports from users unable to use the services.
