Through a press release, AC Production has unveiled the trailer for InFiniti, the new film by Cristian De Mattheis, which will be presented at the Venice International Film Festival on September 4th: here are the details
AC Production by Michele Calì is pleased to announce that, after the sold-out preview held in May at the Teatro Ristori in Verona, InFiniti will be released in cinemas on September 21st and will be presented at the Venice International Film Festival on 4 September at 1.45 pm at the Hotel Excelsior of the Lido within the space of the Veneto Region in the presence of the producer Michele Calì, the director Cristian de Mattheis and the cast. On the occasion of the important announcement, the unpublished trailer of the film starring Francesca Loy, Federico Le Pera, Gabriele Rossi, Michela Persico and Ignazio Moser is also revealed.

InFiniti is directed by Cristian de Mattheis, co-author of the subject and screenplay together with Federica Andreoli and produced and distributed by Michele Calì’s AC Production. Director and producer, after the success of A love so big, have returned to collaborate in this contemporary love story which draws inspiration from Giacomo Leopardi, the second most famous Italian poet in the world, and tells the sentimental intertwining of five characters struggling with the daily difficulties of a relationship.
After the success of the previous films – Heaven Can Wait on organ donation, Lost Days on alcoholism prevention, Before Happiness on mental health and drug addiction, An Angel in Hell on the relationship between parents and children when family lives the drug drama, Infernet the film denounces the distorted use of the web, A love so great starring Francesca Loy, Giuseppe Maggio and with the participation of the guys from Il Volo – AC Production is pleased to present in the prestigious setting of the Venice Lido this new production in collaboration with director Cristian de Mattheis, who states:
The idea for the film stems from two needs: on the one hand, the need to find in a story, both realistic and metaphorical, a way to talk about the difficulty of feelings, in a world that increasingly tends towards closure and incommunicability ; on the other the desire to tell the evolution of couple relationships that even when they are put to the test such as the discovery of a betrayal as in this case.
InFiniti will hit theaters on September 21st distributed by AC Productions. The synopsis of the film is as follows:
Roberta and Davide have been happily together for four years since they met and fell in love at the Casa Leopardi Museum in Recanati: today Davide is trying to establish himself as a painter, while Roberta, despite her literary passion, has become a real estate agent and works in the Davide’s agency, married to the rich and bored Greta but secretly in love with her. When Roberta discovers that Davide cheated on her at the beginning of their relationship, the relationship between the two enters a deep crisis and the girl begins to take an interest in Lorenzo, the supermarket clerk who has a “leopard” tattoo on her wrist. But even in relationships not everything is as it seems and as in the Moebius strip two people can walk in the same space but end up in diametrically opposite points.
