Intel announces the thirteenth generation of Intel Core processors
The launch of the K processors it is the first of a generation that will consist of a total of 22 chips and over 125 partner system designs. You can fit them into Intel 600 and Intel 700 motherboards, with dual memory support RAM DDR5 o DDR4. In short: a lot of variety according to preferences and budgets.

A complete range of solutions

Furthermore, in this generation the Performance-core (P-core) architecture joins the double Efficient-core (E-core) architecture for absolute performance. They also improve load management for creatives, and overclocking is easier and more effective thanks to functions such as Intel Speed Optimizer, Extreme Memory Profile (XMP) 3.0 e Intel Dynamic Memory Boost.
They also increase the number of E-cores on Intel Core i5, i7, i9 to ensure better multi-threaded performance, double the L2 cache and increase the L3 one. And the Chipset Z790 it allows to reach a transfer speed up to 20 Gbps through technology USB 3.2 2×2.
The models
Starting fromOctober 20, 2022 the new processors will arrive Thirteenth Generation Intel Core K and the chipset Intel Z790. At the moment there are no prices, but the available models are (each model has the version with or without integrated graphics processor):

Intel also confirmed the arrival of the solution Intel Unisonto connect PCs and smartphones (both Android and iOS) seamlessly, which will be introduced this year on Intel Evo laptops from Acer, HP and Lenovo.
