Italians choose technology to make Christmas presents

Kingston Technology presented the results of poll which aims to answer the question “How do Italians deal with the rush for Christmas presents? confirming the great interest in the technology sector which represents a reference for gifts.

According to the survey findings67% of Italians say they enjoy giving gifts. It should also be noted that in 42% of cases hi-tech gadgets are the most popular preceding clothing (31%), books (18%) and beauty products (9%). In general, moreover, there is a preference for giving products (76%) over experiences (24%).

Note that 32% of those interviewed declared that they would be happy to receive technological gadgets as Christmas gifts. Furthermore, around 58% believe that tech products are always a good idea as they are useful and characterized by good durability (22%). Leading the list of Christmas gifts are gadgets (80%) such as smartwatches, earphones and accessories that precede smartphones (13%) and gaming products (7%).
