The film tells the story of Filippo (Francesco Arca), a handsome gigolo that due to an accident he has to undergo a plastic surgery that makes him take the form of Lillo. With the new appearance, Filippo loses his clientele and therefore turns to the great gigolo Max (Greg) to take lessons in sensuality and go back to being an unstoppable gigolo. Filippo sees no improvement, until a young Colombian named Juanita (Maryna) decides to make use of her services, but she ends up getting him in trouble because of her parents, a very dangerous couple. drug traffickers.

The comic duo formed by Pasquale Petrolo and Claudio Gregoni, aka Lillo and Greg, is one of the most loved and long-lived of Italian comedy. The two met in the early 90s while working as comic comics authors for ACME publishing. After the bankruptcy of the publishing house, the two decided to commit to a new project, giving life to the comic group Milk & Its Derivatives.
The two gradually gained greater and greater success, participating in various television programs and starting to appear consistently in the cinema.
