There is a busy schedule in Italy for Martin Scorsese in the coming days. The famous American director will in fact be a guest from next May 30 at the Casa del Cinema in Rome and until the following 4 June. On the previous 29th he will meet the students of the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia in Rome. In fact, returning from the success at Festival di Cannes di Killers of the Flower Moon, presented out of competition, Martin Scorsese will come to Italy and will be a guest of the Casa del Cinema. This was announced by Gian Luca Farinelli, President of the Fondazione Cinema per Roma, e Paola MalangaArtistic Director, with Francesca Via, General Manager. The day is May 30, so very soon.

Martin Scorsese will be the protagonist of a meeting with the public, which will be held at 21:00 at the Ettore Scola Theatre, the open-air arena inside Villa Borghese. The event will take place on the occasion of the screening of Mean Streets, a 1973 film starring Robert De Niro e Harvey Keitel. During the evening, the director will present the Carta Bianca review to the public, which will take place at the Casa del Cinema until 4 June with the collaboration of the Cineteca di Bologna. The program includes five pairs of films decided by Scorsese. Each pair contains a film by him and a film by another director who greatly influenced his work.
