Miitopia: Demo available on Nintendo eShop

Announced last February and available from the end of May, the Nintendo Switch Miitopia exclusive has seen a free demo arrive on the Nintendo eShop to present it to the public

Miitopia is an adorable RPG developed and published by Nintendo originally released on Nintendo 3DS in 2016 (first in Japan, the following year in the rest of the world). During the Nintendo Direct in February, the company announced a new version, or rather a real remastered, which will arrive exclusively for Nintendo Switch on May 21st. In the game, we will have to impersonate (literally!) Our Miis and take part in an adventure whose one and only purpose is to defeat the Dark Lord.

In the past few hours, Nintendo has released one free demo directly downloadable from the eShop. The trial version will allow you to try the title in its first hours of play, giving you access to the first area and allowing you to customize your Miis right away. If you are a Nintendo Switch Online subscriber, you can also share your Miis with friends and download theirs. Not only that, you can also download popular characters in the original 2017 game.

From today you can try Miitopia with a free demo!

Just like the Nintendo 3DS version was, Miis will be able to build relationships with each other. This component will not only constitute the dating sim and life sim part, but the interactions with the other characters will change their skills and their way of fighting. Nintendo also claimed that Demo progress can be carried over to the full game, which will be released as we said on May 21 at 49.99 €. Same day the new Nintendo Switch Lite color will also arrive!

We therefore remind you that the Miitopia demo is already available for free download from Nintendo eShop. What do you think of the title? Are you curious to try it?
