The live broadcast lasted about thirty minutes but in this short span of time a lot of them came interesting information. A new trailer for Monster Hunter Stories 2

Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin è uno spinoff which takes the iconic monsters of the series and puts them at the service of the players in a fun Turn-based RPG in Pokémon style and Shin Meami Tensei. The game is still more than a month away from the game, but in the meantime Capcom has published a new trailer to help fans withstand the wait better. At the bottom you can find the video in question:

This fourth trailer it mainly focuses on history of the game and allows us to deepen some very important points of the narrative. In particular, the video talks about the “Rage-Rays“, Mysterious beams of light capable of making monsters furious.

During the event, however, they were also revealed very interesting new information on gameplay. Apparently in fact in Monster Hunter Stories 2 players will be able to use mysterious rites called “Channeling Rites” per transfer certain genes from one monster to another. This way you will boost up the skills of your companions and even allow them to use attacks or elements that they would not be able to master in nature.

Monster Hunter Rise version 3.0 is coming!

Obviously the version 3.0 of Monster Hunter Rise. This big update will enrich the title with 3 new monsters: the Crimson Glow Valstrax, the Apex Zinogre and a mysterious new “final boss”. For sure all hunters will be eager to take on these creatures and luckily they won’t have to wait much longer. The new 3.0 update will in fact be available from May 27th, that is, tomorrow. In addition to the big news we have already told you about, Capcom has also unveiled the roadmap related to upcoming updates of Rise. Apparently from June to August the game will be enriched monthly with several event missions related to some of Capcom’s most famous games. The first event will be linked to Monster Hunter Stories 2, but will later focus on more iconic titles.

Monster Hunter Rise è now available exclusively on Nintendo Switch. Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin invece arriverà su Nintendo Switch only from July 9th.
