Based on the latest rumors, Monster Hunter Rise could soon see the light on PS5, Xbox Series X, Game Pass and other platforms
Monster Hunter has become one of Capcom’s biggest franchises in recent years and has enjoyed great success on almost every platform on which it was released (since its very early days on PlayStation 2). Appreciated it Monster Hunter World (the first title in the series to propose the freely explorable open world structure) arrived for PC and consoles in 2018, while in 2021 it arrived Monster Hunter Rise on Switch (with a PC port in 2022), soon, however, the latter title could also arrive on other platforms (i.e. PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, Game Pass and not only). Monster Hunter Rise: according to Tom Henderson we will soon see the game on PS5, Xbox Series X / S, PS4, Xbox One and Game Pass
Well-known gaming journalist Tom Henderson said, in a report published on Insider-Gaming, that Monster Hunter Rise will come up PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4 e Xbox One and will also be available via Game Pass. The base game will launch on these platforms on January 20, 2023while expanding Sunbreak will follow in spring 2023.
On current-gen consoles, the game will presumably run at 4K e 60 FPSwhile theaudio 3D. The announcement is expected shortly: Henderson said that probably the latter will take place on the occasion of The Game Awards of 8 December. Monster Hunter Rise and Sunbreak are currently available on Nintendo Switch and PC. As of September 30, Rise has sold over 11 million units, while Sunbreak has shipped 4.4 million copies.
