Released a new gameplay trailer for the fighting game New Persona 4 Arena Ultimax, a spin-off of the famous JRPG saga
A new gameplay trailer offers another look at the adrenaline-pumping mechanics of fighting games New Persona 4 Arena Ultimax. Announced at The Game Awards, the game is a reissue of the PS3 and Xbox 360 spin-off of Persona 4. The Steam version of Persona 4 Arena Ultimax will also be available in Midnight Channel Collection which includes Persona 4 Golden. New Persona 4 Arena Ultimax: the game is shown in the latest gameplay trailer, but this is certainly not the only Atlus project in development
As the gameplay trailer, New Persona 4 Arena Ultimax is a classic 1v1 2D fighting game with a roster of characters from Persona 4 and Persona 3. There will also be a story mode where the heroes fight an army of Shadows. This version of Ultimax includes all previously released content for the game. The release is scheduled on PC (Steam), PlayStation and Nintendo Switch on March 17. On Steam, the Midnight Channel Collection will be available at a 30% discount for a limited time. Persona 4 Golden owners will be able to upgrade to the collection at the same discount.
Following the increased interest in the series after the success of Persona 5, it is likely that this is a timely re-release for the new members of the already large group of admirers of the famous Japanese RPG saga by Atlus. As for the latter saga, some time ago Atlus’ ambitions regarding the new chapter of the series, aka Person 6. Based on what emerged, with the latter the development team would aim to overcome the already exceptional success of the fifth chapter (more details on this in this article). Last month, however, a rather insistent rumor circulated that reported Atlus intent on preparing a remake of the appreciated Person 3 Portable.
