Nintendo Russia has decided to lower the prices of everything related to the world Switch. The announcement came directly from the Russian section of the Japanese giant via Nintendo Life, the company’s official blog. With all the games coming out in 2022, Russian players will be looking forward to getting to work for less.
Nintendo Russia: there is not only the lowering of Switch prices
The lowering of prices of the entire Switch sector announced by Nintendo Russia will begin on December 6 on the Nintendo eShop, and will involve both consoles and games and accessories. After a Black Friday rather lucky for the company (and a new update that allows you to use Bluetooth headsets), the Russian department of Nintendo decided it was time to adapt to the country’s market. TO midnight on December 6, therefore, the prices of the entire Switch shop will become more accessible for our colleagues in Russia.

That’s not all: the company has also decided to extend to two years the warranty on all Switch products, including amiibo and Joycon. This is a real novelty, as until now the guarantee was only for one year, in line with the American market: now, increased to two years, it goes hand in hand with the decision of the English section taken some time ago. The new warranty will apply to any product purchased from 1 December 2019. Hopefully that too Nintendo Italy move towards a similar decision, especially with regard to extending the duration of the warranty (given the ease with which Joycons tend to break).
