Bologna-Fiorentina: dove vedere la partita?

No restyling of the Tesla Model Y for 2024

Many fans of Elon Musk’s house are eagerly awaiting the restyling of the Tesla Model Y but, unfortunately, it seems that we will have to wait a little longer before seeing it

Just a few days ago we received the news that the Tesla Model Y would have lowered its prices and, in addition, they would also have re-proposed this Tesla model in a restyling version, but the Tesla Model Y will not see it this year. Bad news for those who were curiously waiting for the relaunch of one of the company’s most popular cars on the market. This restyling is called Project Juniper, whose debut in 2024 was denied by Tesla itself. This intervention was necessary because there were already many excited customers who were eager to order the restyling, which unfortunately, we repeat, will not arrive this year. The same Elon Musk he had to personally contact the sales consultant team to say they would have to wait a little longer.

No restyling of the Tesla Model Y for 2024

How long will we have to wait for the restyling of the Tesla Model Y

However, this does not mean that we will not see a presentation of the Model Y restyling within this year, given that the Model 3 facelift debuted first in China and then in Europe and only some time later in the United States. At the moment, however, China has also received communication that no updates to the Model Y would arrive this year. Tesla China has in fact announced that there are no launch plans for the restyling of the Model Y. At this point it seems obvious to us to say that we will not see the facelift of the electric SUV in 2024, there have not even been any camouflaged forklifts.

So, to conclude, no updates, but that doesn’t mean they can’t give us some news for the day Model Year. Indeed, in China, for several months, the Model Y is proposed with some new features which have not yet been introduced in Europe and America. For example, the SUV now has a more powerful rear engine that allows the rear-wheel drive version to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.9 seconds, compared to the American version which takes a second more. Furthermore, the interior also presents something new: new ambient lighting that can be customized with infotainment and the fabric dashboard covering. Perhaps these innovations will also arrive in the United States and for us Europeans.
